What do I get when I buy a preset?

An instant digital download of the preset file, delivered on your confirmation page and by email right after checkout. Nothing is shipped.

What app do I need?

Adobe Lightroom. The Lightroom mobile app is free on iOS and Android. The presets also work in Lightroom desktop.

Do these work on my phone?

Yes. Every preset works in the free Lightroom mobile app, as well as on desktop.

Do they work on RAW and JPEG photos?

Both. RAW gives you the most room to fine-tune, but JPEG works well too.

Will my photos look exactly like the examples?

Very close, but not identical. Our sample images were shot in specific lighting. A preset is a one-tap starting point — you'll usually adjust exposure and white balance a little to match your own camera and conditions.

How is the preset delivered?

Automatically. As soon as your payment clears, Shopify emails you a download link and shows one on the order confirmation page.

Can I use these for client and paid work?

Yes. Use them on your personal and client photography as much as you like. You can't resell, share, or redistribute the preset files themselves.

What's your refund policy?

Because presets are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. If a file won't download or install, contact us with your order number and we'll make it right.
