Digital Products Refund & Return Policy

Digital Products – All Sales Final

All products sold by Elite Cinematics are digital, downloadable products delivered electronically.

Due to the nature of digital content and the immediate access and delivery provided upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Once a digital product has been downloaded, accessed, or delivered, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for any reason.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you waive any right to a refund once access to the digital product has been granted.

No Returns or Exchanges

Because digital products can be instantly accessed, copied, and used:

  • Returns are not accepted

  • Exchanges are not offered

  • Refunds are not issued

This policy applies to all digital products, including but not limited to:

  • Presets

  • LUTs

  • Digital assets

  • Templates

  • Downloadable files

  • Any instant-access digital content

Please carefully review all product descriptions before purchasing.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing from Elite Cinematics, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for any digital product that has been successfully delivered or accessed.

If a chargeback or dispute is filed after delivery, we reserve the right to submit evidence, including:

  • Proof of digital delivery

  • Download or access logs

  • Date and time of access

  • IP address records

  • Order confirmation and transaction details

These records will be used to contest the dispute with the payment processor or issuing bank.

Fraudulent or unauthorized chargebacks may result in the revocation of access to all current and future products.

Exceptions – Technical Issues Only

Refunds will only be considered in cases of verified technical failure, such as:

  • A corrupted file

  • A non-functioning download link

  • Inability to access the product due to a delivery error

If you experience a technical issue, you must contact us at elitecinematics@gmail.com within 48 hours of purchase.

If the issue can be resolved by providing a replacement file or a new download link, no refund will be issued.

Incorrect Purchases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Accidental purchases

  • Change of mind

  • Incompatibility with software or devices

  • Failure to read the product description

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility and suitability before purchasing.

European Union Digital Goods Notice

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun.

By purchasing and downloading digital content from Elite Cinematics, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right to withdraw from the purchase.
